After graduating from St. Helena High School in 2001, Nacho attended Butte Community College in Chico. Upon completing his general education courses he decided to move back to Napa and continue to farm wine grapes, while continuing his viticulture education at Napa Junior College. During this time, he worked alongside his father, and also worked for Ed Beard Jr. Vineyard Management. In 2008 when Gallegos Vineyard Management was created, Nacho was the first employee. Currently, he is one of Gallegos Wines' Vineyard Managers and oversees the vineyard crews' daily activities, and ensures they uphold the high quality standards Gallegos Wines is known for. In Nacho's free time he enjoys attending professional baseball and football games.
